Hello Beauties! I’m Amber, owner of Sugar & Spice Beauty and your go-to Sugarist, Makeup Artist, and lash + brow specialist here in the North End of Tacoma, WA. At Sugar & Spice Beauty, I’m all about helping you feel confidently radiant. My services include gentle sugaring hair removal, expert brow shaping, tinting, and lamination, as well as stunning lash lifts and tints that bring out your natural allure. With six years as a Licensed Esthetician and over five years of professional makeup artistry throughout the greater Seattle area, I’ve had the joy of working with brides, bridal parties, boudoir clients, and all kinds of special events. My aim is simple: create a look that feels like you — elevated, effortless, and unforgettable. Whether you’re stopping in for everyday refinement or gearing up for a major moment, I’m here to help you feel your absolute best. Cancellation Policy
Here at Sugar & Spice Beauty, I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore require at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of scheduled service will incur a charge of 50% of the total service amount. No-shows & Day of Cancellations will be charged 100% of the service missed. Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may be canceled or modified at least 4 hours before the appointment time to avoid charges. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. If we do not hear from you 15+ minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled. Should Sugar & Spice need to cancel on a client due to illness, unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice, we will honor 50% off of your next service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment promptly. Additionally, Sugar & Spice Beauty understands that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Existing clients with good standing history are given one (1) grace appointment yearly for last-minute scheduling changes and cancellations, in the case of No-shows, a lesser fee of 25% total service amount will be charged. Sugaring Policies: Every client has a grace period of 3-5 days after a sugaring hair removal service to return and get a touch-up if any hairs are left. Please notify me asap after service to schedule a touch-up if needed. Product Returns & Exchanges: We offer no returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used/removed from its original packaging. If the product is not used, we charge a small restocking fee for returns within a 15-day period of purchase.
